Jozafat

Jozafat
Jozafat m
Polish: from Josaphat, a Greek form (used in the New Testament) of Hebrew Jehoshaphat ‘God has judged’. This was the name in the Bible of a virtuous king of Judah. It owes its popularity as a Polish name to having been borne as a name in religion by a Polish saint (1584–1623), archbishop of Polotsk in Lithuania; his baptismal name was John.
